I work in a physician's office and we use OC to improve our mail delivery!!

whenever we hire a new person, I teach her to "train" the mail carrier. Each new mail carrier is greeted with a big smile on their first visit; we introduce ourselves and learn his/her name. All future visits the carrier gets a big smile and hello, using their name, and a pleasant inquiry (weather, weekend, family,etc.) the result is that the only time our mail delivery gets screwed up (we are at the end of someones usual residence delivery, so one carriers sorts and "hands off" our mail to the business carrier) is when we have a brand new person.

We do this will our UPS and Fed Ex people, too. I must say that we have been fortunate in our carrier service as they are all very nice people and are pleasant and professional to deal with and I attribute that in part to the fact that they KNOW when they walk in our door they will be greeted by friendly people.
